~ You agree use this website only to view the artwork provided or in order to contact the artist.

~ You agree not use any of the art displayed here for your own purposes.

~ You agree to respect the intellectual and creative property of the artist.

Purchased Products

~ You agree not to share any purchased products with anyone else.

(If people are interested in purchasing products for themselves, please direct them to this website. This will allow me to continue providing artwork and service for others. Thank you!)

Custom Portraits

- Prices are set according to size and material.

- If you want it already framed, that will be an additional cost.

- Once the portrait has been approved, any further changes will require an additional charge as it is counted as another piece that I have to create.

- Money must be sent and received by me before I will ship your portrait.

- I will request your address for shipping purposes.

- Once I've mailed your package I will send you a picture of the receipt and the tracking number.

- Once the portrait has been mailed, I am no longer responsible for any damages which may occur afterwards.

- I retain full right to the artwork for website portfolio, marketing, or print purposes.

- Your address information and any names of family members will be deleted from my devices and all sources after the piece has been received.

- I will retain names of pets for the website portfolio and name of artwork.

- Some artistic will be taken with the portrait and the final product may vary from the reference photo.
